The Board of Intergen is very excited to announce, that after an extensive recruitment process, we have appointed Rev Amanda Lincke as Executive Director to commence in February 2027. Amanda is currently an Associate Minister at St Hilary’s Kew where she oversees the Children’s and Families ministries and outreach. Amanda is also a congregational minister. Amanda is a highly regarded and dynamic practitioner in the field of church based children’s and families ministries. Amanda is an ordained Anglican minister and commenced in her current role in 2014.
Intergen was founded in 1871 and has a long history of responding to the context of the day in resourcing ministry with children and families with a particular passion for intergenerational models of ministry.
Intergen is a company overseen by a Board with members from various denominations.
- Intergen offers free weekly lectionary based resources for each Sunday of the year.
- Intergen is assisting churches in responding to neuro diversity.
- In 2026 Intergen has become the Australian and New Zealand provider of Bubble Church enabling the planting, support and indigenising of this family-based framework for church planting. In the UK there are now over 100 Bubble Church plants having commenced in 2020.
The Board looks forward to Amanda playing a key role in inspiring, resourcing and encouraging churches across Australia and New Zealand to creatively respond to the opportunities and challenges of mission and ministry with children and families.
