Intergen is very excited to announce that we are partnering with Bubble Church Uk.
Intergen exists to support and resource the ministry and mission with children and families in Australia and New Zealand. This is achieved by providing regular lectionary resources for ministry in churches, webinars for children and families ministry specialists and in more recent years running conferences for individuals and teams working in intergenerational ministry.
Bubble Church is not another program its church for families. The Intergen team believe that this model of church will play a key role in growing the church in Australia and New Zealand. Bubble Church is especially for babies, toddlers, children and families. It’s a puppet-packed, Jesus-centred, coffee-and-food-fuelled, 30-minute kids and families’ adventure. The things Intergen love about Bubble Church :
- The 30-minute service matches perfectly with the attention span of young children.
- Families sit together on the floor, meaning children can jump, dance, do action songs and be themselves.
- It is designed for “unchurched” families, meaning everything is simple, jargon-free, and incredibly welcoming for people who have never set foot in a church before.
During the month of June Bubble Church Uk will be running information sessions online for any church in Australia and New Zealand who would like to know more about this new model of church for families.
At the end of August, Intergen will be hosting the UK Bubble Church team in Melbourne. This will be an opportunity for church teams to experience a Bubble Church, meet the creators, and ask loads of questions.
