The Story series of resources is designed to be as user-friendly as helpful as possible. We recognise the challenges that come with trying to connect an activity, a children’s talk, or reflective activity with one of the four passages that are listed as part of the lectionary every week, so this lectionary series is a little bit different: each week we’ve spent time looking for a common theme that connects all four passages, and crafted the basics of an activity that fits the theme. Sometimes this is connected to one passage, sometimes its simply thematic.
This Volume looks at the period of Epiphany. The Epiphany Season is the first eight or so weeks of the year – It typically spans from January
1 through to Transfiguration Sunday (the last Sunday before Lent).
