Description

Over the last three weeks of Advent, we’ve reflected on the hope, peace, and joy that God brings. In many churches, Advent Four is a time to focus on God’s love.
A love that reaches out to us even in our fear and failure,
A love that promises we are not alone,
and a love that takes on flesh in the person of Jesus.

While this week’s Bible readings and resources don’t focus on the theme of love alone, they draw our attention to a powerful sign of that love: Emmanuel – God with us.

In a world where people still long for reassurance, restoration, and belonging, this promise, that God is with us, remains as bold and beautiful as ever.

Through interactive Bible readings and prayers, a trivia quiz, and creative response, we’ll explore what Emmanuel means for us today and how we might share that message of presence, restoration, and love with the world around us.
