In the first of this week’s resources, we are invited to praise our Great God, exalted and holy, through actions inspired by the words of Psalm 99 in a Call to Worship. In the Exodus Bible reading we read of Moses meeting God on Mount Sinai and the impact this has on Moses’ physical appearance. We are invited to reflect on our experience of mountains (and God). In the 2 Corinthians passage we hear how Christ and the new covenant unveils our minds and brings freedom of life. We are invited to use this passage as a guide for prayer – for more people’s minds to be unveiled, for lives to be connected to Christ, for us to live boldly, for our seeking to do the work God has given us so that what people ‘see’ in our lives will reflect God’s glory and that we will be transformed into Christ’s likeness in our whole selves.
