Description
The Bible passages this week invite us to delight in God and experience how God delights in us. We grow our understanding of God through the delight of using our five senses as we explore Isaiah 40:21-31. Through the gospel and epistle readings, we reflect on our understanding of “God’s good news” – which includes God delighting in us as we delight in God’s saving grace. We delight in praising God through song intertwined with Psalm 147:1-11, 20c. Along with the opportunity to read in this Psalm what God does and does not delight in, there’s an invitation to discuss together what else God delights in and how we might choose God’s ways for our lives.
